How to Order:
✨Orders can be placed through our website, DM on Instagram, via email, or by phone.
✨We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.Last-minute orders (less than 24 hours) are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee*

Order Confirmation:
✨Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or text.
✨Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

 Dietary Requirements:
✨Our grazing boxes may contain allergens such as dairy, gluten, nuts, and other ingredients. Please consume with caution.
✨At the moment, We are working on offering this option for any dietaries requirements please contact us via email 💌Simplygrazed.co@outlook.com 

Cancellations & Changes:
✨Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up time.
✨Orders cancelled within 12 hours are non-refundable.
✨Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Delivery Policy 🚚

At Simply Grazed & Co., We offer convenient delivery to ensure your grazing boxes arrive fresh and on time.

🚚 Delivery Areas :

  • Free Delivery is available for all orders within Bacchus Marsh and Melton.

  • We also deliver to the Melbourne CBD and surrounding Melbourne areas. Normally, an additional delivery fee applies to these locations, but for a limited time, We are offering FREE delivery as part of our current promotion! (Promo ends 20th June 2025)*

📅 Delivery Times :

  • Deliveries are made between [ 9 AM – 5 PM ].

  • We aim to deliver within your selected date and time window; however, exact times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

📦 Important Delivery Information :

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • If no one is available, the box will be left in a safe place where possible, but we cannot take responsibility for the condition of the box after delivery.

  • Deliveries are made with care to maintain freshness and quality.
